3/4 cup pineapple juice
juice of one lemon
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoons brown sugar or more if you want
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 peach cut up or 1/2 cup peach frozen
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
Pour pineapple juice and lemon juice and water into blender. Add brown sugar and the yogurt and blend.
Add pineapple chunks and peach chunks and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into 2 glasses, decorate rims with fresh pineapple wedge. Serve at once.
If using for a meal, breakfast or lunch, I always add 1/2 scoop protein. Any flavor or plain
