The melon refresher smoothie is so easy to make. Takes 10 minutes and serves 2.
1 cup of plain yogurt
4 ounces of gala melon cut in chunks
4 ounces of cantaloupe melon cut into chunks
4 ounce of watermelon cut into chunks
8 ice cubes
Pour yogurt into a ninja blender
Add the gala melon chunks and blend until smooth.
Add the cantaloupe chunks and water melon chunks with the ice cubes, and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and decorate with a wedge of melon.
Serve right away.
