If you are absolutely in bad shape, you must start by  taking walks for 10 minutes each day. Then, increase it by five minutes every 2 weeks. To make things more exciting, you may want to walk a different path every few days.

If you still are not sure of what you want to do try golfing or tennis.  They are both social activities where you can meet new friends.  Tennis is great for fitness, but not when you are just starting out. If you haven’t exercised in a long time begin with golf.  Bike riding is another great form of exercising, as long as the weather permitting.
