In today’s busy world eating healthy has become so important, so many people do not like to eat fruits and vegetables. We all know that they are good for us, many still prefer not to eat them. So many people are so used to their habits and they do not want to change or they are afraid of change it can be very difficult getting used to a healthy lifestyle if fast food is what you have been doing for years. I am one of those people, and before I walk out the door I make my smoothie.
The first change is in the morning if you have children you are all about running the kids to school and going to work. You do not realize that this is a fast and healthy way to start your day.

What is an important though, is to think of this as an opportunity to spend this time with your family. Make it fun and interesting. Don’t lose your smile when you think that you will have to eat more fruits during the day and evening. Smoothies a quick easy solution that will be healthy and fun for the whole family.
I know you get a lot of fruit juices at the supermarket, and they are truly great. All though some of the manufacturers do add a lot of sugar and we want to try to keep the sugar intake low by making your own. All you need is a blender, or smoothie maker and fruit. It is that easy. Try to play with the flavors. You can add whatever you like. It is like having your own lab and fantastic smoothies are being invented. I think smoothies are one of the most ingenious inventions of our time.

16 ounces- of partially frozen peaches
2= 6 ounce containers of vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup white grape juice
1/2 avocado, peeled and take the pit out
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

My morning smoothie is a banana always, and any other fruit I want to add to it, you can have as many fruits as you would like. The best is fresh produce if you do not have fresh, frozen is the next best. If all else fails next best thing is to go to the can.
If you are looking to lose weight, smoothiesare great, it will make your weight loss much easier if you exercise or go to a gym in between it is better for you to have morning and afternoon smoothie and a good healthy dinner.
