1 Cup Carrot Juice 3 Tomatoes skinned, seeded, and chopped 1 Tablespoon parsley (fresh if possible) 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 Tablespoon ginger root (grated) 1/2 cup of water 8 ice cubes Add carrot juice, tomatoes, and lemon juice into blender, blend on low until combined. Add parsley ,ginger root and ice cubes blend well, add water and blend well Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with parsley sprig ENJOY!
