When is it too late to start exercising and healthy. Some people say never, I disagree with that. I think it might be difficult to do that when you are 6 ft under due to the fact you in no way began changing your way of eating and exercising. But so long as you’re still breathing, it is not too late.
If you are overweight it makes life a whole lot more difficult, getting up and down, walking everywhere, lots much less seeking to workout. Trying to go grocery shopping and you see people staring and whispering. They should just nicely pass and point to you.

You can walk alone or with a friend 2-3 times a week, more if you choose. Start off walking short distances and then increase it a little bit at a time. You will then begin noticing how much you are feeling each and every day. With the eating healthy and exercising you will feel like a new person in no time, and you will notice life will be better and easier.
